Shipping
Shipments to physical continental U.S address only. No shipments to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii.
Rubber Dockie 18x6, 9x6 and 9x5 mats are shipped via FedEx Ground/Home Delivery.
Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout.
Accessory items are shipped ground via small package courier such as FedEx or USPS.
Product damage caused during transit must be reported within 7 days of reciept and will be picked up and returned and/or replaced at no cost.
Returns
All orders are covered by 30-Day return policy — you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return orders for a refund. Items returned due to delivery refusal, changed mind, no longer needed, etc, do not qualify for free return shipping.
When returning any product, you must first contact Rubber Dockie Customer Service to obtain return authorization. The product must be packaged securely with a copy of the invoice or bill of sale, together with a reason for returning.
Shipping costs for all mats returned due to a delivery refusal will be deducted from the refund.
